You are busy. You are good at what you do. But you have never thought of yourself as a vacation company.
You run dives. Or you own rooms. Or you cook. Or you drive. You have been doing your thing for years — maybe your whole life. You are not sitting around waiting for someone to hand you a business plan. You are working. Every day. On the water, on the road, in the kitchen.
But here is what you already know: the people who visit leave changed. They eat where your crew eats. They dive the reef you know by heart. They ride with someone who knows every road. They go home and cannot stop talking about it.
The problem is not what you do. The problem is that nobody has ever helped you put all of it together. Diving plus stays plus food plus transport plus culture — one complete vacation, one price, one booking. That is what we build with you. Therefore when it goes live, the guests come to you.
You do not need to become a travel company. You need a partner who already built one around you. But nobody has ever handed you that as a business. Therefore here is exactly what we do together.
Here is what we do together. Read this carefully.
We get on a call. You tell us what you do — diving, stays, food, transport, whatever your piece is. Then you tell us who else you work with. The person who handles the kitchen. The place with the rooms. The crew on the water. We help you put all of those pieces together into one complete vacation. Diving, stays, food, transport, culture — everything a guest needs for every hour of every day.
Then we build you a booking page so good that people text it to the person they love at 11pm and say: we are going. We put that page in front of divers all over the world. They book. They pay. We send you everything — names, certifications, dietary needs, flights. They arrive and you are ready. The vacation starts.
We handle everything before they arrive and everything after they leave. Booking. Marketing. Insurance. Emails. Questions. Packing lists. Visa reminders. All of it. Gone from your plate.
The one thing we cannot do is be there. We cannot dive with them. We cannot cook for them. We cannot drive them to the waterfall with no sign. That is you and your crew. That is why this works. But you have never had to describe a day of it to a stranger. Therefore we did — hour by hour, below.
This is the vacation you build. This is what you host. This is what they remember.
You have the coast. You have the skills. You know the people who make it work. We put it together. Then we fill your calendar.
You do one thing well. We help you build the rest around it.
Maybe you run dives. Maybe you own rooms. Maybe you cook. Maybe you drive. You do not need to do all of it yourself — you need to know the people who do. Five steps, and your calendar fills. Tap any step to see what happens in it.
One. You apply.
Three minutes. Your name, your destination, what you do. That is the whole form. No business plan, no photographs to prepare, no website to show us.
A real person reads it — not a filter, not a score. We are looking for one thing: somebody who knows their water and knows the people around them. If that is you, we call.
Three minutes is the largest thing we will ask of you before we have done work for you.
Two. We call you.
Not a sales call — a real conversation. We want to hear what you do, who you know, and what your coast looks like when everything goes right.
Together we work out who handles the diving, who handles the food, the stays, the transport. The kitchen you trust. The place with the rooms. The crew on the water. This is the conversation where the vacation takes shape, and it is the only meeting you will ever have to sit through.
You do not need to know how to price a vacation. That is our side of the table.
Your crew is your company. We help you assemble it.
Three. We build your page.
Your crew, your photos, your destination. Every dive site, every meal, every room, every ride — one complete vacation on one page, every piece priced, every day planned.
You do not write a word. You do not open a website builder. You do not choose a template. We write it, we design it, we publish it. When you see it, you will feel something — that is how you know it is right, and that is the moment most people apply.
Most people apply the moment they see their own page.
Four. It goes live.
Dive clubs share your page with their members. Divers find it through search. They book on the page — no back and forth, no quote, no waiting on you to answer an email at eleven at night.
We handle the money, the insurance and every question that arrives before they land. Then we send you everything you need: names, flight numbers, arrival times, dietary needs, certification levels, who is nervous and who has four hundred dives.
They are coming. Get ready. That is the only message you have to act on.
You never post an advertisement. Your page does the selling.
Five. They land.
You and your crew are there. Somebody is holding a sign with their name on it. The room is ready. The vacation starts before they have found their bag.
This is the part we cannot do and would never try to. The trip belongs to you — your reef, your table, your village, your people. Everything we built exists so that you get to spend the trip being a host instead of an administrator.
And when it is over — when they go home and their friends say where is that — your phone rings again.
That is when you know. This is real.
Never sell them anything.
Every other platform asks you to upsell. We ask the opposite. The guest never pulls out a wallet. They never hear a price. They never choose between less and more. Everything is already included — diving, food, stays, transport, experiences, all of it.
Your job is the part we cannot do: give them the best time of their life. The more you give, the better the story. The better the story, the more divers ask for your coast by name. But nobody builds a whole vacation out of diving alone. Therefore look at everything that goes into one.
The feeling of never being asked for money is what makes them come back. And what makes them tell everyone they know. That is how your calendar fills. But a full calendar is the end of the story, not the start of it. Therefore here is everything that has to be carried to get there — and who carries it.
Stock the fridge
They have been travelling for twenty hours. They are stiff, hungry, and slightly unsure they made the right decision. Then they open a door and there is cold water, fruit, something to eat, and sunscreen they did not have to go and find.
Drinks. Fruit. Water. Snacks. Sunscreen. It costs you very little and it is the first physical proof that somebody was expecting them. Guests describe this moment in reviews years later, and they almost never remember what was in the fridge — only that it was full.
Fold the cost into your number. It is part of what it costs you to host, so it belongs in the price you name.
They text home from that room. Make sure there is something worth saying.
Something local in the room
Flowers cut that morning. A handwritten note with their name spelled right. A sweet from the village that they will not find in an airport.
A hotel gives everybody the same thing. You are giving one person something that came from where they are standing. That is the difference between a room and a welcome, and it is the difference the whole business rests on.
We send you their names before they land, so the note is never generic and never late.
Nobody photographs a hotel welcome pack. They photograph this.
Say yes, then send us the receipt
A ride into town. A snack on the way back. A stop at the viewpoint because somebody wants a photograph. An extra tank because the water was too good to leave.
Say yes. Every time. Then send us the receipt and we reimburse you. You are never out of pocket for saying yes, and the guest is never asked to reach for a wallet — those two facts are the same rule seen from either side.
Photograph the receipt and send it through. There is no form, no approval queue, and no limit you have to memorise. If it made the trip better, it gets paid.
The word no costs you a return booking. It never costs less than the receipt would have.
The smallest things
Remembering that one of them does not drink coffee. Pulling the boat in closer because somebody is nervous on the ladder. Knowing by day two which one wants to be first in the water and which one wants to hang back.
Not the tourist version — the real one. A resort removes the destination so there is no friction. You are doing the opposite: keeping the place exactly as it is and removing the friction yourself, by hand, one person at a time.
This is the part no platform can build for you, and it is the only part we will ever ask you to be excellent at.
People forget the itinerary. They remember being known.
Let them try things
Everything on your page is already inside the price they paid. When they ask whether they can do the thing, the answer is yes, and there is nothing to ring up.
Somebody who came for the diving and went home having cooked something they cannot order at home, walked a village at dusk and tried the fruit they could not name does not describe a dive trip when they get back. They describe a place. That is a much harder story for their friends to ignore.
More experiences means more stories. More stories means more divers asking for you by name. This is the whole engine, and letting people say yes to things is how you feed it.
Every extra thing they try is another reason somebody else books.
Eight categories. Build the whole trip. Get booked first.
Diving, stays, food, transport, culture, wellness, photography — and the tourist things. Maybe you handle two of these. Maybe one. The rest comes from the people you already work with — we bring them together into one price. Providers who offer a complete vacation get booked first. Their calendar fills while everyone else waits. Tap any card to see how it works.
Diving
This is the heart of everything. Your reef. Your boat. Your guide. The site you have been diving since you were a kid. The one where the turtle sleeps in the same spot every afternoon. The wall that drops into blue and never stops giving.
Two divers per guide. Personal. Safe. No rush. You pick the sites based on conditions — not a printed schedule. You photograph everything underwater. Video if you can. On the last day, you hand them every file. No watermarks. No charge. Those photos are how their friends find you.
Tell us what it costs you per diver per day — boat fuel, tanks, guide time, equipment. That is your number. We pay it directly to your bank.
The reef you grew up on is worth more than any certification. Show us.
Stays
The place that makes them feel like they belong. The villa with the garden. The eco-lodge down the road with the view. The homestay where the owner makes breakfast and knows their name by day two.
Clean. Comfortable. Cared for. A fridge stocked before they arrive. Flowers in the room. A note with their name. Not a hotel — a place where you would put your own family. That is the standard.
Tell us your nightly rate per room. Include whatever you normally include — breakfast, cleaning, laundry. Everyone in your crew sets their own price.
When they get home, the room is the first thing they describe.
Food
This is not a restaurant. This is the long table. The fish from this morning. The dish that does not have an English name because nobody who has eaten it has ever needed one.
Every meal. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Local ingredients. Your people cooking. We send dietary needs ahead of time — allergies, vegetarian, preferences — so nothing is a surprise. The food is part of the vacation. Not an afterthought. The food is why they come back.
Tell us your daily cost per guest for three meals. Include ingredients, cooking, any market runs. That is your number.
The recipe on a napkin. That is what they came for.
Culture & Experiences
The waterfall nobody has mapped. The market where they prepare the catch in front of you. The village walk. A hands-on kitchen session with ingredients from the garden. The night snorkel on the reef. The volcano at sunrise. The festival that goes on until morning.
Think about what you show someone visiting for the first time. Not the tourist version. The real one. The places that do not have a sign. That is what makes a trip with you different from everything else.
Tell us what each experience costs — transport, guide time, any entry, food if included. Each one priced on its own.
The places that do not advertise are the reason they come back.
Photography & Video
The turtle on the reef. The sunset from the boat. The look on their face when they come up from the dive. The catch coming onto the dock at dawn. The long table at dinner. The waterfall with nobody else around. Every single one of these moments needs to be captured.
Underwater and above. If you have a photographer, include them. If your best guide shoots with a GoPro, that works. Hand everything over on the last day — full resolution, no watermarks, no charge. Those photos are the most powerful thing you will ever produce. They sell your next ten trips without you saying a word.
If you hire a photographer, tell us their cost. If your guide shoots as part of the dive, fold it in. Either way — the photos are part of the trip.
The photos they post are how their friends find you.
Wellness
The massage from the woman who learned by feel, not from a book. Yoga on the beach before the sun comes up. The healer who has been doing this for forty years. If your area has it — and it is real — include it. Not imported for tourists. Not invented last year. The real thing.
Guests come for the diving and stay for everything around it. A massage after a morning dive. Yoga at sunset. Meditation on the rocks. These are the moments that turn a good trip into the best trip of their life.
Tell us the cost per session, per person. Include the practitioner's time and any materials.
Guests remember the massage as much as the dive. Include it.
Transport
They step off the plane and someone is already there. Smiling. Holding a sign with their name. The ride is smooth. No taxi app. No confusion. No Google Maps. They are in your hands from the moment they land until the moment they leave.
Airport pickup. Daily transfers to the dive site, the waterfall, the market, dinner. Boat rides. Island hops. They never have to figure out how to get anywhere. That is the whole point. Your driver, your crew, your own vehicle — someone who knows their name and where they are going.
Tell us the full transport cost — airport transfers, daily movements, boat rides, island hops. One number for the whole trip.
Your driver is already there. He knows their name. That is the difference.
Tours & tourist things
We spend this whole page telling you that the real thing beats the tourist thing. All of that is still true. And also: sometimes people want to ride an ATV through a field, and that is completely fine.
The famous waterfall with the car park and the ticket booth. The temple tour. Zip lines. White water rafting. Jet skis. Quad bikes. Skydiving. Parasailing. The volcano at sunrise with two hundred other people watching the same sunrise. The natural feature everybody photographs, because it turns out it is worth photographing.
We can even do the silly normal stuff. If it exists near you and somebody would enjoy it, put it on the list. A guest who spends the morning on a quad bike and the afternoon on your reef has had a better trip than one who only got the reef.
You do not have to run any of it yourself. Name the operators you would actually send your own family to — the ones with real equipment and a person who checks the harness. We book it, we pay it, and it sits inside the one price like everything else.
Tell us what each one costs you, including transport and any entry ticket. Priced on its own, same as every other line.
Nobody flies home saying they wish they had done less.
Everything you hate doing? Gone.
Posting to social media. Answering the same questions. Chasing people who never book. Building a website. Figuring out insurance. Processing credit cards. All of it. Gone. Your only job: how do I give these people the best day of their life?
Your booking page
What we do: write it, design it, photograph it, publish it, and keep it fast. Every dive site with depth and conditions. Every room with what is in it. Every hour of the day laid out. Your crew, named. Your reviews, pulled in and shown.
What you do: nothing. You never open a website builder, never choose a template, never buy a domain, never renew hosting, never fix it when it breaks at midnight.
It is built to be found — proper page titles, structured data, images sized so it opens fast on a phone in a village with two bars of signal. It reads on a five-year-old Android exactly as it reads on a laptop.
When something changes — a new boat, a better rate, a room out of service — you tell us or change it yourself in the Hub. It is live within minutes.
The page is the product. That is why we build it before we ask you for anything.
Your online store
What we do: stand up a real storefront under your name and take card payments through a United States company. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. The bank sees a US business, which is the difference between a card going through and a card being declined for a diver in Ohio.
What you do: tell us what you want to sell. Courses. Gear. T-shirts. Nitrox cards. Gift vouchers for the shop.
We carry the technology, the security, the compliance and the arguments with card companies. Money goes direct to your bank account on a schedule you can predict — not held, not pooled, not released when somebody remembers.
You have almost certainly lost a booking because somebody could not pay you easily. That stops.
The hardest part of selling from a small coast is getting paid. We took that.
Earn from the network
What we do: give you your own link and your own storefront inside the club. Every Provider in the network is bookable through it — every coast, every country.
What you do: share it when it is useful. A guest asks where to dive next. A regular wants somewhere new in February. Somebody messages you about a coast you do not work.
If they book through your link, you earn from that connection. You are not selling anything you do not believe in — you are recommending people we have already vetted, the same way we vetted you.
You see your own earnings in the Hub. You never see another Provider's costs, and they never see yours.
The question you already answer for free starts paying you.
Group trips
What we do: set up a trip for your regulars at any destination in the network, handle the bookings, the payments, the paperwork and the questions, and put your name on it.
What you do: pick the coast and tell your people. You dive with them.
You have spent years building a group of divers who trust you. Every other year one of them books a trip somewhere else and you hear about it afterwards. This is that trip, run by you, with you in the water.
Everything on the trip stays included the same way it is on your own page. Nobody in your group is ever asked to pay for anything on the ground.
Your regulars already want to travel with you. Now they can.
Marketing
What we do: search, social, email and dive club partnerships. Your page is written to rank for the things divers actually search. We run the campaigns, we pay for the reach, and we place your destination in front of people already planning a trip.
What you do: host well and let us photograph it.
Dive clubs share your page with their whole membership. That is a room full of certified divers with holiday allowance, reached in one message, by somebody they already trust.
You never write an advertisement. You never post daily to stay in an algorithm's good books. You never pay for reach that goes nowhere.
You went into this to dive, not to make content. Stop making content.
Insurance
What we do: arrange trip cover, dive cover and liability cover, and we pay for it. Every guest is covered before they get on the plane, whether or not they thought about it.
What you do: dive the way you already dive.
Every diver arrives insured, so the conversation you dread — the one on the boat about whether they are covered — is already finished. If a claim happens, we file it and we chase it.
This is the item most Providers have been carrying alone for years, usually by hoping. It moves off your plate entirely.
The thing you lie awake about is a line item on our side.
Guest communication
What we do: every message before they arrive and every message after they leave. The forty questions about visas and water temperature and whether the boat has a toilet. Booking confirmations. Travel documents. Reminders. The follow-up that asks how it went and turns into your next review.
What you do: the trip itself. The part that cannot be automated and should never be.
What reaches you is one clean handover: names, flight numbers, arrival times, dietary needs, certification levels, medical notes, who is nervous, who has four hundred dives. Everything you need to be ready and nothing you have to chase.
No more answering the same question at eleven at night in your third language.
You handle during. We handle before and after.
When things go wrong
What we do: take the logistics. A cancelled flight means we rebook and reschedule their dives. A storm means we move the days. A medical problem means we handle the insurance claim, the paperwork and the calls home. A guest who is unhappy talks to us, not to you.
What you do: look after the person standing in front of you.
Somebody is reachable while your guests are travelling, in the hours that matter for their time zone and not only yours. You are never alone with a situation at three in the morning.
If we get something wrong, we say so and we fix it at our cost. A problem gets solved at our cost, not yours.
Every operator has a story about the week it all went sideways. You will not be alone in the next one.
How the money works. One question. One number.
We ask you one question: what does it cost you to deliver this trip? Every cost — fuel, tanks, rooms, food, transport, crew. That is your number. We pay it to your bank before your guests arrive. Tap any card for the mechanics.
Now close your eyes and see this.
It is six months from now. You built a vacation with your crew. The calendar is full. Not because you posted on Instagram every day. Not because you spent money on ads that do not work. Because people came. They felt something. They went home and could not stop talking about you.
Everyone in your crew has steady work. The boat goes out every morning. Your phone buzzes with confirmations. Names. Flight numbers. Dietary needs. Real people. Coming to your coast. Because you built something worth booking and we put it in front of the world.
No contract. No lock-in. If this does not work for you, walk away. You risked nothing. You lost nothing.
But it will work. You know it will. Because you know what you have. And now — for the first time — the world is going to know it too.
What does it cost you?
Not what you think a tourist will pay. Not what the shop up the road charges. What it actually costs you to put one guest in the water for one day and feed them and drive them and put them to bed.
Boat fuel. Tanks and air. Guide time. Equipment wear. Kitchen costs and ingredients. The room. Transport. Anything you hand out — the fruit, the water, the sunscreen in the fridge.
Work it out per person per day, and be honest about the parts you have always absorbed quietly. Most operators undercount their own time and forget the small things entirely. Therefore a full season leaves nothing behind.
If you are not sure, tell us how you currently price it and we will work through it with you on the call. This is the number everything else is built on, so it is worth an hour.
A number that does not cover you is not a price. It is a slow way of closing.
How the money works
Name your number. We build everything around it. We do not negotiate that number down and we do not discount it to close a booking. If a guest wants a shorter stay, they book fewer days — not a version where you deliver less.
We build the marketing, the insurance, the booking page, and the guarantee that stands behind every trip. We send you guests who already said yes. You host them the way you already do.
A fair number fills boats. Full boats fill weeks. Full weeks change everything. That is the math — and it is the only conversation about money that matters.
Nobody has ever negotiated you down and made your life better.
Your crew prices the same way
Everyone in your crew answers the same question you did — what does it cost you — and every one of them gets paid.
You are not carving up your own number to pay them. You are not negotiating with the people you depend on. Nobody has to explain, at the end of a long season, why there is less than there should be.
This matters more than it sounds. The reason these arrangements usually collapse is that somebody in the chain feels squeezed. Nobody in this one is being squeezed, so nobody has a reason to quietly cut a corner on your guests.
It also means your crew has steady work that does not depend on one person's goodwill. That is how a destination gets stronger rather than one operation getting bigger.
Your crew are not your costs. They are your partners, and they price like it.
Direct to your bank
The guest pays us when they book. We hold nothing back and we pay you direct to your bank account — not to a wallet you have to withdraw from, not to a balance that releases when somebody remembers.
You know what is coming and when, because you can see every confirmed booking in the Hub with the dates and the amount against it. You can plan a season on that. You can hire on that. You can tell your crew what their year looks like.
No card machine to rent. No transfers to chase. No week spent wondering whether the agent has actually sent the money yet.
You never handle cash from a guest, which also means you never have an awkward conversation on the last morning.
Predictable money is the difference between a job and a business.
There is no contract
No lock-in. No exclusivity. No minimum number of weeks. Nothing you sign that stops you working with anybody else, and nothing that costs you anything to walk away from.
Keep your own bookings. Keep your walk-ins. Keep the agent you like. We are one more source of divers, and if we turn out to be a bad one you close the door and lose nothing.
We built your page before we asked you for anything. We pay for the marketing and the insurance. If this does not work, we are the ones who spent the money.
You risked nothing. You lost nothing. That is deliberate — we would rather earn the second season than trap you into it.
Read that again. There is no version of this where you are worse off.
This is happening. Right now. With or without you.
Your page. Your number, paid to your bank before they arrive. Your calendar filling with divers who already said yes before they landed. The booking system, the insurance, the marketing — built and running. That is what you walk into.
We are building with operators right now. Indonesia. The Caribbean. Central America. Africa. Southeast Asia. Every month new coasts go live. But the operators who join first get the most attention. The map is open. It will not stay open.
We build with the operators who take this personally. You already know whether that is you.
