Go Dive Club Inc. ("GDC", "we", "us") is a US-registered company that operates the Go Dive Club platform at godiveclub.com. We connect divers with personally hosted dive experiences worldwide.

When you book an experience

We collect your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, and group size. This information is necessary to process your booking and connect you with your host.

When you apply as an Experience Provider

We collect your name, business name, location, WhatsApp number, email, photos, and information about your dive operation and services. This is used to create your listing and manage your partnership with GDC.

When you sign up as a Dive Club or Travel Agent

We collect your name, organization name, email, and referral tracking data. This is used to manage your affiliate account and process commissions.

Payment information

We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and secures your payment information directly. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Automatically collected

When you visit our site, we collect standard web analytics data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. We use cookies for basic site functionality and to remember your preferences.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Process and manage bookings. Connect guests with hosts. Send booking confirmations, trip preparation guides, and post-trip follow-ups. Process payments and commissions through Stripe. Build and maintain Experience Provider listings. Improve our platform and services. Communicate important updates about your trips or account.

Who We Share Information With

Your host

When you book an experience, your name and travel dates are shared with your Experience Provider so they can prepare for your arrival. Your email and phone number may be shared for trip coordination.

Stripe

Payment and banking information is processed exclusively by Stripe. We do not have access to your full card number or bank account details.

No selling of data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not share your information with advertisers.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality (login sessions, form submissions) and optional analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can control cookie settings in your browser. Our site functions without analytics cookies.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Booking records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
