Every Go Dive Club experience is backed by our full guarantee. This means:
All payments are processed through Stripe — the same infrastructure used by Amazon, Google, and Shopify. Your card details never touch our servers. Deposits are held securely until your trip is confirmed.
If your Experience Provider cancels for any reason, we will either rebook you with an equivalent host in the same region — or issue a full refund. No questions. No delays.
If your trip doesn't meet the standard described on your listing page, we will work with you to resolve it — whether that's a partial refund, future credit, or a rebooking. GDC absorbs this cost.
Every guest and every host has a direct WhatsApp line to GDC during the trip. Problems are resolved in real time — not via email tickets answered in 48 hours.
The price on your trip page is the price you pay. Everything listed as included is included. There are no resort fees, service charges, or surprise extras.
Most dive travel platforms disclaim responsibility the moment something goes wrong. They say "it's ultimately up to the operator." They don't hold the funds. They don't own the experience.

Go Dive Club is a US-registered company. All payments are processed through Stripe's secure infrastructure. Host payouts go directly to their bank accounts in their local currency — GDC never holds EP funds.
