How do you make money?+
We add our margin on top of your prices when we sell to guests. You set your cost. You receive your full cost. Our margin is separate and comes from the guest side.
Do I need professional photos?+
No. Phone photos work. We enhance every photo and send you a guide on what to capture.
What if my operation is small?+
Small is what we want. The best experiences come from independent operators who know guests by name.

This is the heart of what makes Go Dive Club different.

Why we ask for more than just diving

Most dive operators sell dives. GDC hosts sell complete experiences — diving, accommodation, meals, transport, cultural adventures, and personal attention. This is how you earn 5-10x more per guest than selling day dives. We pay you for every service upfront, before guests arrive.

For each service: tell us if you offer it and what it costs locally. Only answer what applies to you.

🏠 Accommodation

GDC guests stay at a property you know and trust. For group trips we need minimum 4 double-occupancy rooms. For couples or small groups, 1-2 rooms. You arrange the property. We pay you per room per night.

Group (4-8 guests)

Min 4 for groups. Each sleeps 2.

Discount for longer stays.

Couple / Small Group (1-3 guests)

🍽 Food

Our expectation: GDC covers all meals except drinks. Most hosts provide chef-cooked meals at the accommodation (breakfasts, lunches, most dinners) and take guests to the best local restaurants for special nights. You know the best food. We trust you.

🤿 Diving

Price per person per day for 2 guided dives. Include tanks, weights, guide, and boat if applicable. Transport to dive sites is part of this price.

🚗 Transport

Airport transfers are required. Every GDC guest is met at the airport. Someone with their name on a sign, a cold drink, and a smile. This is the first moment of the experience.
